ELIGIBILITY:
Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia, 13 or older. An eligible minor should have a parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to participate. Employees of The National Fluid Milk Processor Promotion Board (“Sponsor”), its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, with Twitch Interactive Inc, “Released Parties”), and members of their immediate family (spouse, parent, children, siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household, whether or not related, are not eligible. Void where prohibited. Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
WINNER DETERMINATION:
If you are one of the first five (5) eligible participants to scan the QR code shown during the broadcast and complete the entry form as directed, you will be a potential winner, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible participants and the timing of the eligible entries received. Limit one (1) entry per person. Entries received from any person in excess of the stated limitation will be void. Entries generated by AI, AI assisted tools, script, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process are void. If you do not have a Twitch account, establishing an account is free. All Twitch terms apply. If a prize is returned as undeliverable or a potential winner is not in compliance with these rules, prize will be forfeited. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.
PRIZE (5):
13,500 V-bucks (awarded as a gift card valued at $89.99). Total value of all prizes: $449.95. Terms and conditions apply to use of gift card, as specified thereon. Terms and conditions apply to use of V-bucks, as specified by Epic Games. Prizes are non-assignable and non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Prizes are awarded “as is'' with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes as well as any costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. Winners may not substitute a prize, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater value. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Limit one (1) prize per person.
PUBLICITY GRANT:
Each winner (and, if an eligible minor, their parent or their guardian) grants to Sponsor and its designees the right to use their name, Twitch username, city and state of residence, image and/or likeness (including, but not limited to, Twitch profile photo), in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, in any manner, worldwide in perpetuity, without compensation or notification to, or permission from, participant or any third party, for any purpose whatsoever, including without limitation, for purposes of advertising or trade.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
By participating, each participant (and, if an eligible minor, their parent or their guardian) agrees: (a) to abide by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor and judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects; and (b) to release, discharge and hold harmless Released Parties from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participant’ s participation in the giveaway or the acceptance or use of a prize. Released Parties are not responsible for (i) lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered or garbled entries, messages, email, or other communications of any kind; (ii) lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications; (iii) failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure; (iv) jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; (v) other errors or difficulties of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise, relating to or in connection with a giveaway, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the giveaway, the functionality of the QR code, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize(s) or in any giveaway-related materials; (vi) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the giveaway; or (vii) injury or damage to any person's computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in the giveaway. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the giveaway or any Sponsor website or social media account, who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entry will be void. Should any portion of the giveaway be, in Sponsor’ s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entry, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the giveaway and if terminated, at its discretion, award any unclaimed prizes (if any) as deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.
