Gregory W. Barton, Ed.D., is a higher education leader and curriculum expert whose work spans academic affairs, global education, student success, and institutional leadership. He has held dean-level positions overseeing academic programs, curriculum development, and student success initiatives, and brings deep expertise in building programs that connect young people to real-world skills and experiences.

Dr. Gregory Barton is milkXP’s Education and Curriculum Advisor. He created the program’s foundational curriculum and reviews episodes for educational value, curriculum alignment and age appropriateness for high school students. He also appears as a featured teacher in milkXP content, working alongside creators to bring the curriculum and its real-world applications to life.

The milkXP Safe Learning Standards were developed in consultation with Dr. Michael Rich, a pediatrician, child health researcher and expert in children’s digital wellness.

Dr. Michael Rich, MD, MPH, is a pediatrician at Boston Children's Hospital, an associate professor at Harvard Medical School, and the founder and director of the Digital Wellness Lab, where he studies how digital media affects children's health and development. Drawing on his earlier career as a filmmaker, he brings a distinctive perspective to helping children, families, and technology companies create healthier digital experiences.
