Focus Face Challenge (“Challenge”) OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
THE CHALLENGE CONSISTS OF TWO (2) COMPONENTS: (I) FOCUS FACE CHALLENGE, AND (II) GRAND PRIZE GIVEAWAY.
ELIGIBILITY:
CHALLENGE IS OPEN TO INDIVIDUAL PLAYERS WHO ARE IN ATTENDANCE AT L.A. COMIC CON ON OCTOBER 4-6, 2024 (“EVENT”). VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. AN ELIGIBLE MINOR MUST HAVE A PARENT’S OR LEGAL GUARDIAN’S PERMISSION TO PARTICIPATE. By participating, players (and, if an eligible minor, their parent or legal guardian) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all applicable game rules and regulations and the decisions of the judges and/or National Fluid Milk Processor Promotion Board, (“Sponsor”), which are binding and final on all matters relating to this Challenge. Challenge is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, state and local laws.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
During the Event, October 4-6, 2024 (each, a “Day”) until approximately 5:30 p.m. local time each Day, visit the Sponsor’s Gaming Zone. Once at the Gaming Zone, a Sponsor ambassador will escort you to a gaming station, where you will be able to play “Focus Face Challenge” (“Game”).
Sponsor may prohibit any player from participating in a Challenge or receiving any prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that such player has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the Challenge by cheating, hacking, unfair playing practices or if such player has otherwise violated Sponsor’s game rules.
FOCUS FACE WINNER/PRIZE DETERMINATION:
The participant plays the game, hitting "Meelo" in a set amount of time that is tracked by the Sponsor. Depending on the number of hits within the set time, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, will determine the Prize, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these rules. If a potential Game winner is determined to be ineligible for whatever reason, they will not receive a prize.
Dependent on how many hits they get within the set time, player may be eligible for three tiers of prizes, while supplies last:
MID TIER PRIZE:
(hits 20 - 40 Meelos): wins Mini Game Keychain or "MILK" Silly Straw. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $20 each. While there is no limit on how many Games a player can win, there is a limit of one (1) prize per player. See General Prize Conditions/Restrictions below.
LOW TIER PRIZE:
(hits 0-20 Meelos): wins Spilled Milk Pin or Temporary Tattoo. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $20 each. While there is no limit on how many Games a player can win, there is a limit of one (1) prize per player. See General Prize Conditions/Restrictions below.
GRAND PRIZE GIVEAWAY WINNER DETERMINATION:
Winners of the TOP TIER Prize are eligible to enter the Grand Prize Giveaway. The winner will be chosen at random, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules. A winner will be chosen each day of the Event. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
WINNER NOTIFICATION:
The winner for each Day will be announced at the gaming station at or around 5:30 p.m. local time and contacted via phone/email.Winner must claim prize at the Sponsor’s booth between 5:30-6:30 p.m. local time on the same Day or arrange delivery of the prize. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.
GRAND PRIZE GIVEAWAY PRIZE (3 (ONE (1) PER DAY)):
PlayStation PS5 Console ARV: $538.47 each. Total ARV of all Grand Prize Giveaway Prizes: $1,615.41. Limit one (1) Grand Prize Giveaway Prize per player.
GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS/RESTRICTIONS:
Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Prizes may not be substituted, assigned or transferred or redeemed for cash, however Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with a comparable or better prize. Winners are responsible for costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
PUBLICITY GRANT:
Each winner (and, if an eligible minor, their parent or legal guardian), by acceptance of a prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, and likeness, address (city and state), and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
By participating in any Challenge, players (and, if an eligible minor, their parent or legal guardian) agree that Sponsor, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by players against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Challenge. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undelivered or garbled entries, in-game messages, posts, emails, or other communications of any kind; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Challenge, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Challenge, the functionality of “Focus Face”, the announcement of the prizes, or in any Challenge-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by players, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Challenge. Players who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Challenge, or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify or terminate the Challenge (or any portion thereof) at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, if any portion of the Challenge is, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of, or participation in, the Challenge.
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision, provided removal of the invalid or unenforceable provision does not deprive these Official Rules of their key or core provisions. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
PRIVACY:
Information submitted in connection with this sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at URL.
WINNERS LIST:
The names of the winners will be posted at Sponsor’s booth.
